Registration Information

Authors of accepted papers are required to complete registration before the registration deadline. Each accepted paper must have at least one registered author to be included in the conference program and proceedings.

Participants who wish to attend the conference without presenting a paper are welcome to register under the Observer Registration category.

Registration Policy

  • Each accepted paper must have at least one registered author.
  • Only registered papers will be included in the conference proceedings.
  • Registration is personal and non-transferable.
  • Additional papers may require an additional publication fee.
  • Student registrations may require a valid student ID.

Registration fees are generally non-refundable. Any exceptional refund requests will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee and handled on a case-by-case basis.
